COOKING EXPERIENCE

Living the dining experience at Lucinda Casa Campo means stepping into the truest essence of a typical Argentine meal—prepared entirely over open fire and shared in a warm, relaxed atmosphere.

The experience usually begins outdoors, gathered around the fire pit, where vermouth and homemade appetizers are served while guests mingle, chat, and get to know one another. It is a laid-back space where the fire, the aromas, and the hospitality mark the beginning of a different kind of gathering: intimate, spontaneous, and deeply Patagonian.

The menu—which may vary by day—always maintains its artisanal spirit. Everything is cooked using traditional Argentine techniques, employing clay ovens, chulengos, grills, and other fires that are part of the ritual. The food is not chosen from a menu; rather, it feels like an invitation to a friend’s house, with dishes that surprise and are enjoyed without formality.

Later, the table is shared inside the house, where the main course and dessert complete the experience. The post-meal conversation—our cherished sobremesa—often lingers among stories, chats, and an atmosphere of camaraderie that makes every visit unique.

More than just lunch or dinner, it is a way to experience Argentine gastronomy in its most human and genuine form.
