This excursion is for those who wish to approach the majestic Perito Moreno Glacier without much difficulty.

Once at the Bajo de las Sombras Port, we will sail for approximately 20 minutes until we disembark on the opposite coast.

In order for our hands to touch the glacier, we will begin our 30-minute walk. Once next to the ice, we will be able to appreciate every sound that comes from nature and the wonderful landscapes that this place offers us: from the forest that surrounds National Park Los Glaciares to the shapes and colors of the Perito Moreno Glacier. Then, we will return to the landing point, always accompanied by the guide.

In total, the walk lasts approximately 1.30 hours through a natural terrain of sand, rocks and some slopes similar to stairs.

Once on the boat, we will say goodbye to the glacier and sail a few meters away from the south face.

Once back at the port, if you have booked the transfer service with Gigantes Patagones, we will go to the walkways to admire the glacier from the mainland and, in this way, we will complete a day full of adventure and natural beauty.

Frequency: daily. Operates from July 15 to May 31.

Duration: 9 hours in total.

What to bring?: comfortable and warm clothing, waterproof jacket and pants, sports or hiking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, gloves and a hat. Food and drink.

Not included: walk on the glacier, entrance to the national park, lunch or navigation. Transfer upon request.

Restrictions: only suitable for people between 7 and 70 years old, without exception. Not suitable for pregnant people. Not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Not suitable for people with heart problems or other problems that may harm their health during the walk. Not suitable for sedentary people with obesity.

Cancellation policy: cancellation of the service is allowed without charge up to 24 hours before the date of the activity. Duly documented cases of force majeure (change or cancellation of flights) or certified medical reasons.

No show: in case of not taking the service on the date, time and place agreed upon, 100% of the cost of the excursion will be charged as cancellation fees.
