My entire professional life has been spent in tourism. Although I trained as a guide, I soon discovered that my place was in operations, where I could contribute much more by designing journeys, solving challenges and taking care of every detail behind the scenes. That way of understanding service continues to define my work to this day. Living in Patagonia has given me the opportunity to know it in depth and to see it evolve over the years. That close connection with the destination, combined with a constant desire to learn and improve, is what drives me to continue offering increasingly authentic, personalised and carefully considered journeys.

Like my parents, I was born in El Calafate, and I have spent my entire life here. I did not come to discover Patagonia; I watched it transform from within. My professional life has always been rooted in tourism. I hold a degree in Tourism and later completed a master’s degree, but what most shaped the way I work was teaching tourism courses: teaching required me to understand the profession through its underlying logic, not merely through routine. That perspective —of someone who lives in the destination and also considers why things are done in a particular way— is what guides every decision at Gigantes Patagones today.
