TRAVESÍAS EN LA ESTEPA

4X4:

We begin the activity ascending the Frias hill along mountain paths with views of the main body of Lake Argentino. After about 20 minutes we stop at the first viewpoint at 450 m high with views of the Centinela River valley. We continue ascending to the second viewpoint at 1030 m with views of the Torres del Paine, the Rico and South arms of Lake Argentino, Lake Roca, Cordon de los Cristales, Canal de los Témpanos and North Arm of Lake Argentino, Boca del Diablo, the highest peaks of the Cordillera de Los Andes and Cerro Fitz Roy if the weather conditions allow it.

TREKKING / HORSEBACK RIDING:

The route begins by crossing a meadow to start climbing the slopes of the mountain. 30 minutes from the start, you already have views of the Centinela Valley and the Torres del Paine. The route continues ascending, until reaching elevated fields on the hill, where eventually the ranch’s cattle (cows) and wild animals such as guanacos, hares, foxes, armadillos and skunks (skunks) can be seen. From this field, you have an impressive view of Lake Argentino, Torres del Paine, Brazo Rico, Estancia Anita valley, among others.

ZIPLINE:

Once you arrive at El Quincho de la Estancia you will receive an instructive talk. Then we leave for the Boarding platform, located 560 meters on the southern slope of Cerro Frias, once again on the platform all the equipment is examined and we are ready to cross the 2530 meters of cable, arranged in 5 tracks. During the tour you will be able to appreciate incredible panoramic views of Torres del Paine, Valle del Centinela, Lago Roca, Brazo Sur del Lago Argentino. After making the crossing, we arrive at the landing platform.

Restrictions: from 6 to 60 years old. Maximum weight 110 kg.

What to bring? Sunglasses, sun cream, comfortable and warm clothing, waterproof jacket, gloves and comfortable shoes.
