EXPERIENCE THE FOREST FROM INSIDE
Depart from El Calafate to Punta Bandera Port, where the navigation begins. The boat sails heading for “Mayo” inlet, to disembark at “Toro” Bay. There, you go for an interpretive walk through the Andean-Patagonian Forest. After reembarking, the navigation continues to see the glaciers of Cerro Mayo and the hanging glacier of Cerro Negro. Then, we disembark again to walk through the forest up to a rock wall. From there, the Hanging Glacier will be observed and we will be astonished by the beauty of a landscape in 360º.
Next, the boat trip continues to arrive at Perito Moreno Glacier, there we will be able to contemplate the north face of the glacier by boat, before disembarking at the walkways to spend around one hour and a half enjoying the scenery.
Finally, at the arranged time, passengers reembark to return to the port and back to El Calafate.
