LAGUNA DE LOS TRES TREKKING

Discover a unique wonder of Chlatén

Natural paradise

We walk the road from El Chaltén to the Poicenot camp (4 hours), and we continue crossing the Blanco River.

From here the path continues with an upward slope of approximately 400 meters of elevation to Laguna de los Tres.

The path ends at the old ridge of the glacial moraine, with an extraordinary view of the De Los Tres lake and glacier.

This is the closest view of the granite face of Mount Fitz Roy and its outlying spiers. Going down the moraine, you can continue along a path that surrounds the lagoon to its mouth, where you can see the desolate Sucia lagoon and its hanging glaciers.
