Forests + Glaciers
We depart from El Chaltén on our way to the Lago del Desierto dock, from where the navigation of about 30 minutes begins, sighting the Huemul and Crestón glaciers to disembark at the foot of the Vespignani Glacier.
Once there, they have an hour and a half, where they can choose to walk one of the three perfectly marked trails of the Vespignani Glacier Reserve depending on the difficulty and effort they wish to make (Fitz Roy North Face 45 minutes, Panoramic Point 15 minutes, Forest 15 minutes).
After a farewell snack we boarded back to arrive at the Punta Sur dock and then to El Chalten.
What to bring? Sunglasses, sunscreen, comfortable and warm clothing, waterproof jacket, gloves and comfortable shoes.
Does not include lunch.
Frequency: Nov 1 to Dec 20 and March Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
Dec 21 to Feb 28 Daily except Wednesday.
Duration: 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
