TODO GLACIARES

Go to other glaciers of the park and see their icebergs.

Navigation through the North Branch of the lake

Todo Glaciares is one of the trips that visits the Upsala and Spegazzini glaciers and offers unique views of the Spegazzini glacier and De los Glaciares Bay.

If you book the transfer with Gigantes Patagones, this full-day excursion will begin in El Calafate heading towards the port of Punta Bandera, located 47 km away.

We begin the tour by sailing along the northern arm of Lake Argentino, crossing the Boca del Diablo, heading towards the Upsala Channel to experience the unparalleled sensation of sailing between icebergs, some of which are very large and break off from the Upsala glacier. A truly wonderful and unique experience

Then, we will sail towards the Spegazzini Channel, which will offer us unique views of incredible hanging glaciers such as the Seco Glacier, the Heim Sur Glacier and the Peineta Glacier, which are the prelude to the greatest spectacle: the imposing Spegazzini Glacier. The largest of all, which awaits us with a maximum height of 135 m and offers us a delight for our eyes.

The time of disembarkation will be the moment of the crowning. We will walk a 300 m path through the forest without difficulty along the coast of the lake and we will make stops at viewpoints overlooking the De los Glaciers Bay. Upon reaching the shelter, you can have lunch and contemplate the landscape from inside or from the outside terrace.

Finally, the excursion concludes with the return to the Port of Punta Bandera, then to El Calafate with those who contracted the transfer with Gigantes Patagones and thus complete an unforgettable day full of impressive landscapes and unparalleled experiences.

For those passengers who wish to do the excursion in a more exclusive way, we offer Captain’s Club. This service includes a special deck on the boat and a lounge with a preferential and unique view in the restaurant. Includes Open bar with cafeteria service and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, 3-course menu and a host and guide available throughout the navigation.
